Finding Me-Time During Back to School Mania!

Making time for oneself can be daunting during the "Back to School" season, especially with busy working parents! It is imperative though to find at least 5 - 10 minutes per day to have some much needed "Me-Time" But how to find that 5-10 minutes you ask? It can be much simpler than one thinks. For the "morning people" the 5-10 extra minutes can be taken prior to getting ready for the day. For the "night owls" taking the 5-10 minutes can be done in the evening pror to retiring for the night. For the "in-betweeners" there is always lunch time or midday.
5 - 10 Minute Daily Me-Time by incorporating some of the following can have a huge impact on mind, body & soul.
1. Yoga stretching
2. Short Tai-Chi / Qi-Gong routine
3. Excersise bike / bench press
4. Meditation / Walk
5. Relaxing Bath
