During the last eighteen years, I have been privileged with the health and wellbeing that I desired while suffering with migraines.  With the love, support and dedication of my family and friends, I was able to find the help and courage that I needed to begin the trial and error as well as the time consuming research involved to find a solution.  It is thanks to everyone that believed in me, that I am now able to help others achieve their own goals.

 

Since then, I have made it my mission to help as many people recover from this debilitating disorder.  It is my focus to assist individuals in their own healing process by integrating and co-creating it together!
