Gisèle created this unique process to facilitate healing the migraines that plagued her for eleven years. She began her research in 1994.  This led her along different avenues of Alternative Healthcare.  She then discovered Meditation in Hypnosis which was instrumental to her recovery.  It was following this, that she incorporated her gift as an Intuitive Healer with Reiki and is now Migraine-free.
 

This process is unlike any other process currently available because it focuses on healing the root cause rather than the symptoms.   "This is not designed to rid yourself of the migraines overnight. What I promise though is to provide you with a process; a path of healing that worked for me and I am confident that it will work for you."

 

 

The R.I.C.H Process PROGRAMS - A unique approach to migraine recovery.  

 

The RICH Process Programs are created in 3, 6, 9 and 12 month increments to help individuals recover at their own pace within a realistic time-frame suited to their specific needs.  There are different types of Migraines and depending on the severity as well as duration and seasonal cycles, this will determine which program will work best.  Each Program incorporates self healing tools and practices to enhance recovery.

• Step 1 - Assessment – a questionnaire to determine the approach and program that is best suited to your individual needs. **

 

• Step 2 - Education – we will explain everything so that you understand the process.

 

• Step 3 - Reiki – A therapy that is non-invasive and a gentle laying on of the hands.

 

• Step 4 - Intuitive Therapy & Counseling - Gisèle works with her inner guidance to awaken your ability to contribute to your healing process.  The process may vary, depending on the individual.
